Palatka Industrial Park consists of 11 Industrial Buildings and 22 Warehouse Units, totaling over 84,550 sq. ft.  All the buildings are concrete block construction and have been recently updated.  Additionally, 225 newly constructed self-storage units have been added. The property has great access from all the major highways with K-Mart, Super Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes and multiple shopping centers in the immediate area.  Palatka is approximately 53 miles from Jacksonville and 45 miles from Gainesville.  An additional 30,000 sq. ft. of climate controlled storage and non-climate controlled storage was added by the Florentine Holding Company.
