Ocala Affordable Storage is a fully operational, self-storage facility, situated on 10 acres, just outside of Ocala, Florida.  This mixed-use income property is comprised of: (1) Retail/Office, (2) Self Storage (including Boat & RV) and (3) Mobile homes.  The property is fully stabilized with a consistently high occupancy rate and very well-maintained premises, with several upgrades and renovations in the past three years, including all new roofs.
