ASSS II takes over neighboring property for expansion
The company acquires the adjacent property, (Kings Ransom), described as (18), 1,000sf light industrial rental units on 4.82 acres. The acquisition will enable us to move several of our multi self-storage unit tenants to the adjacent property, thus providing availability of units at the self-storage facility, while generating additional, immediate income from Kings Ransom, together with meeting the demand for outdoor storage.
The assets are directly adjacent & centrally located on New York Ave, approximately 25 miles north of Tampa, less than 2 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, and .5 miles east of highly traveled Route 19.
