Florentine Holding purchases Tomkins Tile Property

The asset is located in a predominantly industrial section of Ft Myers, only a few blocks from the Downtown River District. The property, formally Tompkins Tile, was vacated several years ago upon the passing of the owner, Mr. Tomkins. The lender subsequently foreclosed on the asset and Florentine Holding Company, LLC acquired the assets for $350,000 on June 15, 2012.
